Analyzes a bids2nf configuration map to determine which set-handler sub-workflows are required.
Scans every top-level suffix entry in the config and returns a result map with boolean flags hasNamedSets, hasSequentialSets, hasMixedSets, hasPlainSets. The result drives handler selection in nfneuro.plugin.channel.BidsHandler.
